How does fixed price IT support from Ziptech work?
Essentially we can provide you with unlimited remote and telephone support for all supported equipment and your anti-virus, anti-spyware and firewall for a fixed monthly fee. It’s then our responsibility to manage your system and provide you with support whenever you need it.
Which IT support contract is right for you?
There are 2 alternative IT Support Contract to choose from. You can choose the service that best suits your needs and whatever additional bolt-on services you require. That means that you can tailor the service to your specific needs without being forced to overpay for bundled services that you’ll never use.
Support Lite – ideal for the smaller business who needs to be sure that all the basics are covered, but doesn’t require regular changes or updates to their system. Instead they would prefer to pay for occasional system changes when they are needed.
Fully Managed – ideal for the dynamic medium sized business who’s systems need more regular attention and changes to cope with their changing company. A single fixed monthly investment to cover all your IT support requirements. We’ll look after your IT while you look after the business.

If you are on one of our IT Support plans we will install Anti-virus and anti-spyware on every one of your PC’s and servers – for FREE.
What’s more it stays FREE FOREVER while you are on one of our IT support plans.
That means that you can don’t need to go through the hassle of renewing your Anti-virus and anti-spyware licences each year. If you have 20 PC’s and a couple of servers this will save you at least £750 per annum.
Plus – 17.5% or 20% DISCOUNT on additional IT services
When you need to do something over and above your normal IT Support such as moving office, installing a server, etc. we will recognise your monthly support subscription by giving you a discount on our services.
Clients on the Fully Managed IT Support plan get a massive 20% discount and those on the Support Lite Plan a substantial 17.5%.
