IT Support – Desktop Support Engineer – South West London

Office based Help Desk role in Shepperton, Middlesex – 5 minutes from J1 of the M3

We are a successful IT services company seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to work as part of a team of 8 engineers. 

 The salary level is from £18,000 to £20,000 including performance related bonuses and depending upon skills and experience.

 The role is ideal for an engineer starting out in their career with 1 or 2 years of experience.  It will enable the successful applicant to develop their technical skills and improve their qualifications.  You will work on front line support taking customer calls and either successfully resolving their issues or escalating them to senior engineers.

You should have some experience of desktop support with a good knowledge:

  • Windows Server
  • Active Directory
  • Networks
