Ziptech gave Keyzone Computers the IT Support and infrastructure they needed for their new office
Peter Parish, Keyzone Products
My name is Peter Parish. I’ve worked for Keyzone Computer products since June 2004. It’s an expanding business, we have recently moved into new offices in Slough. One of the things that immediately became apparent as we started to move was that we would need a proper network infrastructure, and that infrastructure would have to be supported.
It’s for that reason that we looked around at the marked place to see who could help us do just that. One of the early contenders was Ziptech and they very quickly established themselves as being our choice. They obviously care about each customer, and we obviously inquired of their customer base as to what they thought of them and it was quite obvious that they were giving good support, open support, friendly support, when it was needed.
We bought our telephone system through them – there was a telephone system here in the building – but we decided on moving in that we would not take it up and bought a PC base telephone network from Ziptech.
They have a very very good system for dealing with problem in as much as (obviously you can phone them) but they have the little red Z in the bottom right hand corner of the screen which you click on and immediately opens an incident log so you can pass any problems to them. The response time is pretty rapid.
They do take an interest in us, they keep in touch with us, they want to talk to us, they want to have a continuous dialogue with us. One of the founding principles that Keyzone was built on was customer service so we reckon that we give customers the best service possible so therefore we demand the best service form Ziptech, and we get it.
With Ziptech supporting our networks and infrastructure we should succeed.
